Does my child need to have a spare set of clothes?
Yes! A spare set of clothes should be brought everyday inside a backpack and include: underwear, pants/shorts, shirts, and socks. Remember to make sure that the clothes are not only weather appropriate, but size appropriate as well.
The spare set of clothes serves two purposes:
1) Even though your child is potty trained, accidents may still occur.
2) We use the Creative Curriculum. This approach produces a hands-on, child-focused environment, in which learning is integrated into every experience. These experiences may be messy. Despite using preventative measures, sometimes the clothing will require changing and laundering.
